Day of

We will go over a customized plan of care to make sure all of your pets needs are met. Sometimes this step can take a while if your puppy is nervous. That's OK, we want your pet to be comfortable with us. Feel free to bring reference photos to help discuss the trim and maintenance. Depending on your pets size and hair the appointment can take anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours. Please have a parking space available for the grooming van to park either on the street in a low traffic area or in your driveway. Thank you so much!

With an additional fee starting at $50 to cover time and fuel we can.

How can I pay you?

We take cash, check, card, or Venmo.

*Cash receives a 5% discount

Do I need to be home?

For the first visit we do need you to be home. We can provide latchkey service once your pets comfortable with me and we have a care routine in place.

What are your prices and how do i book an appointment?

Prices vary depending on your dogs coat, size, behavior, condition and how long they take to groom. It generally works out to be $95 an hour with most small dogs (Shih tzu/Maltese) taking one hour.

What are your cancellation/ No show policies?

We follow school closures as they pertain to inclement weather. We try to work as long as conditions are not dangerous. If you are unsure, please call or text. For cancellations we kindly ask for a 24 hour notice to avoid a cancellation fee. Inclement weather, family emergencies and other uncontrollable circumstance, we have the discretion to waive the fee. We reserve the right to reschedule a groom if we need to do so. Every effort will be made to reschedule at a time convenient for both parties.

Do you require vaccines?

Yes we require Rabies by state law and the bordetella vaccine. Please show proof during the booking process or have the paperwork available at the appointment.

Emergencies

In case of emergencies and the pet parents absence, All dogs LLC will immediately transport and check in your pet to the nearest emergency hospital at your expense. Every effort to contact you will be made, please keep your phone nearby during grooming.

Photo Release

All Dogs LLC will sometimes take before and after pictures for advertising. Every dog you see on here is a dog i've gotten to know and had the luck to groom.

My pet can have some dangerous behavior.

I have over 15 years of experience and know lots of tips and tricks to get pets to like me and cooperate. Sometimes, the service will have to be stopped or steps left for the next visit (nails most often) Your pets safety is my highest priority. Please inform us of any health or behavioral issues during the booking process.

My dog has been...scooting. Do you express glands?

I can check them for you! Applying gentle pressure can release buildup but doesn't fully empty the glands. If your pet continues to show discomfort after 48hr, I recommend seeing a vet for an internal expression.

Can you handle fleas?

Only on Dogs, and only a small amount. If there are more than a dozen fleas or four ticks we will have to decline service until your pet is cleared up.

My pet is matted, is that something you can help with?

A little matting happens! life gets in the way and that's what conditioner is for. Once we move past a little on to a lot, we need to think about what will be the least painful solution for your pet.
